Kira D. Cador
President
Ms. Cador has been with Rembold Companies since 1990. Her primary responsibility is managing Rembold Properties and directing the company into development opportunities. Kira also oversees all property and asset management activities and manages the accounting and financial affairs of Rembold Companies. She has managed the development of: market rate multi-family and income restricted multi-family projects throughout Oregon and California, a senior independent high-end rental project in Portland, Oregon, an 180,000 sf flex/office project in Oregon, and multiple retail projects throughout Oregon and Washington. Prior to joining Rembold Properties, Ms. Cador was in front office and sales management with Marriott Hotels and Resorts for three years in Southern California and Portland.
Ms. Cador has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington State University. She has served: as a board member on a local Portland YMCA board, on the board of Childcare Services NW, as a board member of Cathedral Catholic Youth Organization, as Forest Park Elementary PTA President and as a member of the Pinnacle neighborhood design review committee. She currently is a member of the Portland chapter of the National Charity Leagues and volunteers for her children's school and athletic activities.
