4-acre mixed-use development in Portland, OR
The Convention District is a large, mixed-use project in Portland, OR currently in the entitlement and planning phases. 100 Multnomah will be Phase I of the project, a 19 story, 550,000 square foot Class A office building containing over 300,000 square feet of office space, ground floor retail space, the east-side’s first major bike hub, and over 450 parking spaces. The main building lobby will be a richly appointed “Living Room” styled space, with comfortable seating areas. Every office floor will have unobstructed views of Downtown Portland and the Willamette River. The fourth floor will contain a fully-equipped conference center, with space flexibility for larger groups as well as smaller, board-room type facilities. Adjacent to the conference center will be a 10,000 square foot outdoor urban garden. The top two floors of the building will have south-facing terraces on the entire southern façade. Multnomah will be designed to achieve LEED Gold designation.. Rembold Companies is part of the development group for this project.
