Rembold started as a home-building company over 50 years ago. Founded by Wayne Rembold, he was a quintessential entrepreneur and opportunistic developer who solidified his reliable, forthright, and stellar reputation through open communication with his partners. Today, Rembold is a diverse and innovative real estate development company investing in and developing select real estate projects. Wayne’s daughters, Kira Cador and Kali Bader, direct the operations of the company today and Rembold has been responsible for the development of over $1 billion of real estate. Rembold has developed 3,300+ apartment and condominium units, 3,400+ housing and lots, 1.8M SF of industrial space, 580k+ SF of office space and 1.0M+ SF of retail space.
